Relocated to Company’s legal entity in Kazakhstan (Atyrau) with promotion to the position of Caspian Region Project Manager. I have: - managed projects in Caspian region countries: Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Uzbekistan, Republic of Turkmenistan. Projects description: engineering and construction services of Electrical Heat Tracing systems within oil and gas (upstream and downstream) and chemical industries (mostly) - developed and chosen bidding strategies. Prepared and analyzed contract Terms and Conditions. - participated in cost model and commercial offer preparations being responsible for project’s technical and profitability analysis. - managed projects up to 10 M USD, preparing and getting budget approved along with the project schedule, choosing proper resources within EMEAI corporate resources pool. Together with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) group prepared Project management plans and project quality and safety plans. - controlled main project parameters including but not limited to organizational structure, resources, quality, schedule, information and risks. Applied correction actions if required. - searched and approved subcontractors: being supported by legal group prepared subcontract agreements. - analyzed and chosen project suppliers in case buy-out materials are required (materials out of company’s catalog) supplied mainly from EU and USA. (Performed supply contracts analysis within INCOTERMS, supplier reliability check via internal Third Party Approval Program). - invested most of my time setting up project execution department based on sales office. (Project execution department has further been structured into engineering and design group and site services group. Being supported by human resources department successfully completed departments staffing task with further staff development plan preparation and implementation). - taken part in corporate ERP system change project: from ASW to SAP (SAP project module integration). - cooperated with SAP programmers moving current project budgets from ASW to SAP, fully structured project budget and progress report has been created. - conducted numerous project meetings and negotiations both internally and externally trying to identify business development opportunities along with services quality improvements. - conducted site visits on the regular basis to analyze safety and quality metrics. - taken temporary assignments of local legal entity director when required. Achievements: I have created project execution department of 45 employees (Jan 2018) on the basis of sales office. Wide subcontractors and partners network has been established in Caspian Region. I have acquired EPC projects management experience with overall budgets of 10 M USD. PMI PMBoK standard implementation started. I have acquired PMP credential.
