- Ensuring the implementation of safety and health regulations at work and environmental protection in accordance with local legislation; - Ensuring that the general construction works comply with the Project issued for construction, the Terms of Reference, contractual requirements, quality requirements, local laws and requirements for the sustainable development of the site; - Monitoring and tracking the progress of general construction, promptly identifying possible critical aspects or delays, and solving problems to achieve certain goals according to a schedule; - Measuring and classifying completed work, drawing up measurement and accounting sheets (entry list of services) necessary to release a payment; - Implementation of the Site quality control plan, participation in the execution of tests, when necessary, and verification of test reports and data from the site to ensure compliance with quality requirements; - Detection of possible inconsistencies during the work, opening a report on the inconsistency and solving problems; - Ensuring the implementation of project changes and eliminating inconsistencies during construction and installation; - Ensuring that the materials supplied to the site comply with the technical specifications and design requirements; - Control of subcontractors for general construction works in order to fulfill the technical andquality requirements set forth in the general construction drawings and specifications; - Responsible for monitoring and tracking all types of general construction activities related to the project schedule; - Solving technical or engineering issues with suppliers and contractors in general construction areas; - Presence at all work related meetings.
