- Working out and keeping update strategy of the product in align with SME Origination Platform
- Revealing levers to growth in key metrics
- Executing and communicating product roadmap with stakeholders.
- Creating universal solutions for different business lines and products.
- Communicating strategy of the platform via OKR to stakeholders, product teams and product managers. Mentoring product managers.

- Raise in sales funnel conversion rate (key platform metric)
- Opportunity to open bank account for enterprise in one session, in 15 seconds
- Raise in a share of clients joined Tinkoff with no documents requested
- Increase of automation rate of the compliance check and automation rate of the customer data completion
