- Oversight for compliance with established modes of production processes, identifying violations and taking measures for their elimination; - Analysis of reasons for produce of nonconforming product, corrective and preventive actions aimed at their elimination; - Monitoring the adequacy of process key figures; - Lead and support projects aimed at improving the level of technology and technical re-equipment of production, reduction of cost and consumption of raw materials, labor, improving product quality and labor productivity, Including preparation of specification, budget planning, negotiations with other work teams, time control, acceptance tests; - Participation in development of plans of introduction of new technology, new products and trial tests, increase efficiency of production; Participation in tests of new machines, increase automation of production; - Development and updating of technical documentation in accordance with existing corporative rules and laws and documentation of quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and OHSAS 15001; - Development of technical requirements to raw materials and materials used in the process, also semi-finished products; consumption, waste norms - Development of training programs and make training and audits knowledge of the production staff, sales and marketing; Professional knowledge: - Technological regulations of production stone wool plates, mats, cylinders; Device, capacity, process characteristics, design features and mode of operation of the main and additional equipment; - Basic methods of quality control of products; - Requirements of technical specifications for thermal insulation products; - Supplier audits; - Business trips in Russia and worldwide. During the work, the working team with my involvement and me personally, were developed and conducted several technical and organizational actions, which resulted in increase of capacities in certain areas of production by 10-30%, reducing the waste %, reducing downtime of the equipment. The team under my leadership has developed and applied a new system of staff knowledge checking, which has helped to improve the quality of education and reduce time for it.
