Anti-corruption and Professional Integrity Project • Assisted with €1 million project on Anti-corruption in Ukraine and Moldova. Worked with over 45 government officials and drafted Anti-corruption Action Plans in Ukraine and Moldova • Organized two national informal round-tables on the elaboration of the Anti-corruption Strategy for Ukraine and Moldova • Assisted in the elaboration of the Anti-corruption Strategy for the governments of Moldova and Ukraine • Organized and assisted in conduction of more than 30 trainings on Statistical Methods in Risk Analysis, Anti-corruption and Professional Integrity for the top management of the counterpart agencies • Handled project communications with counterparts including Customs and Border Guard Services of Moldova and Ukraine, law enforcement agencies in both countries and international organizations • Was responsible for writing and editing press-releases and other relevant project documentation Customs and Border Guard Technical Assistance Project • Assisted with €3 million project on technical assistance to the Customs and Border Guard Services of Ukraine and Moldova • Was responsible for project elaboration, implementation and follow-up • Took part in selection procedure of the external experts and planning of their work • Organised and coordinated study tours to Greece, Turkey, Austria and Croatia for over 20 Moldovan and Ukrainian civil servants on the issues of Joint Border Control and Risk Analysis • Compiled and prepared data for procurement of special equipment for four law enforcement agencies in two countries • Co-authored Progress Reports, helped to design training needs questionnaire, analyzed data – resulting in expected 5% improvement in efficiency times for Customs and Border Guard staff of Ukraine and Moldova as well as EUBAM staff • Edited and proof-read a 600 pages Training Manual for the border control agencies on the Best Practices in Integrated Border Management • Provided translation and interpretation support during negotiations and Advisory Board Meetings
