§ Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance works, rebuild plans.
§ Making equipment cost report for each unit (Surface and Underground) per month.
§ Scope the full extent of maintenance planning work needed to conduct the relevant repair, preventative, predictive work activities of equipment
§ Writing Purchase requests (for all necessary parts for Underground and Surface fleet), service requests and documentation to perform maintenance work
§ Running Maintenance Department PR register for PRs and Pos update for warehouse stock, delivery date, presence reference and bin location.
§ Setting priorities for parts by re-order, reviewing and adjusting min/max levels, advising purchasing team the mode of shipment of parts based on production need, delivery timeframes and weigh costs.
§ Keep a track of maintenance supplies that are used during regular maintenance so that supplies can be replenished
§ Running Bridgestone tire programme for tire repairs and replacement, making reports on tire consumption by size, service average hours, cost per hour, by manufacturer and position.
§ Identifies (searching parts from catalogues) attaches all parts and materials required to complete work by providing stores location.
§ Research maintenance work utilizing equipment history to leverage previously developed maintenance work plans.
§ Requisite all required materials through proper channels.
§ Consult with operations, maintenance and engineering personnel to identify root cause and to establish problem resolutions.
§ Demonstrates the ability to lead and/or influence a team (Engineers, Operations and Outside Suppliers) in the effort to solve and execute maintenance work.
§ Be a recognized resource to others when developing new maintenance reports, standards, and metrics.
§ Administer the CMMS system and to develop specific training and directions as needed.
§ Participate in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
§ Assure compliance with local, national, and Deno Gold Mining Company regulations.
§ Continually improving planning, scheduling, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency.
§ Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability (Mine Daily production report, Deno Gold KPI Data, Dashboard report, Equipment availability and utilization)
§ Collaborate with maintenance manager to schedule manpower and resources for the most effective production and maintenance outcomes
§ Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history, technical information and job records database
§ Follow the attainment of the implementation of planned (PMs) and unplanned
§ Running Action Item Database
§ Reviews work requests for accuracy and clarity, clear scope of work, realistic completion date, proper lead times, correct equipment identification, proper stock codes
§ Create detailed maintenance work plans including tasks, resources, materials, cost, and safety/environmental requirements.
§ Manage data entries for post intervention documentation.
§ Implement changes to the CMMS and maintains system integrity.
§ Input all equipment data into system and assigns equipment identity numbers.
§ Generate updates and closes work orders.
§ Train all new hires in CMMS for creating all types of work orders, requisitions and approvals
§ Review and update current maintenance work instructions as required.
§ Generate maintenance SOPs
§ Create month end maintenance reports, presentation for department superintendent
§ Making weekly and monthly report/plant for all planned works
