Обязанности и достижения:
• Primarily mission is to support the company fast growth (20 to 30% yearly) with an efficient Business Development, Sales, HR Management strategy and to ensure its smooth operational implementation.
• Following - up of the company’s contracts in Russia and develop
• Putting into practice market plans, including prospect/client/sales visits.
• Developing and following budgets in accordance with market plans.
• Secure the company’s economic affaires, including contact with public authorities and personnel administration
• Review agreements, internal policies and other documents to be adopted by Investment Management group for their tax compliance and tax efficiency.
• Perform analysis of corporate activity, ensuring it is in line with the current Russian budget.
• Developing the sales plan and following it
• Working in a close cooperation with Marketing Department in order to create the good plan of developing
• Providing a constant support to all company Managers on the client sites. Improving, optimizing and controlling the quality of service.
• Manage projects: pre-sales, pre-study, project delivery phases;
• Supervising the budget and creating the financial plan for next years.
• Participate in project scoping and planning activity during the sales and proposal process;
• Confirm understanding of project goals, scope, resourcing, work plan and deliverables;
• Maintain regular communications with the customer and account team and ensure effective relationship or project issues;
• Take day-to-day responsibility for the supervision of the project team;
• Maintain close involvement in the design and implementation of the solution;
• Rovide project deliverables and ensure customer acceptance.
