Обязанности и достижения:
1. Written translation of the various documents within the company's activities: in financial area, investments, construction, law (due diligence reports), contractual documentation (contracts, supplementary agreements, specifications, packing lists, invoices, quotations), technical documentations as operational manuals on machinery and equipment;
2. Interpretation to General Manager and Productions Directors-expatriates - at the meetings and negotiations, escorting and translation for GM during business trip abroad: Canada and for foreign consultants at the company’s production sites.
3. Assistanse to GM on a daily basis (maintain calendar, handle selected documentation; incoming requests, search for information in internet and mass media, reviews, PP presentations preparation);
4. Answering the telephone and taking messages, booking conference rooms, telephone negotiations and business correspondence with foreign and domestic partners - establishing and maintaining excellent communication with internal and external;
5.Organizing business trips and travels (booking tickets, rooms, close work with travel agency as ordering tickets, invoices control) for GM and for expatriates - insiders for their relocations in Russia and further expense reports preparation;
6. Visa Support - organize visits and invitations for GM, operations managers to attend international exhibitions in USA and Europe;
7. Assistance in Sales and Purchases Department as weekly sales and purchases report forwarding, Excel data optimization.
8. Assistance in Production & Engineering Department - coordination of contracts' and agreements' terms/conditions, contracts verification in Law department, contracts database update, files consolidation.
9. Work in electronic documents flow system at the 1S Accounting platform, Version 8.2; drawing up claims for the incoming invoices payment by accountants in accordance with company's policy.
10. Taking parts in different administrative projects.
