I have sufficient experience in working at intergovernmental institutions and well recognized investment companies. Between 1993 and 2001 I worked as a technical advisor at the International Secretariat of Biological Conservation Diversity & Arctic Marine Environment Protection within UN Environmental programme. All my previous positions included the following responsibilities: all necessary technical and administrative support provision to international organizations, private business, top level executives, such as the deputy minister of the Ministry of Nature and Land management of Iceland, including liaising private investors with Russian authorities, and also participation in International Conferences and scientific round-tables. Since 2002 I was in charge as a team-leader of the multi-disciplinary projects in different segments such as procurement, residential, industrial, infrastructure, facility management and building systems and was responsible for organization of installation process, control of production and sub-contractors` work, communication with suppliers and subcontractors, communication with state organization’s (getting permissions etc.) and project reporting. I was involved into a programme for conduct researches on Science and Technology foresighting and survey. I have a wide knowledge of survey, analyze international information and statistics within scientific institutions, deep knowledge of project management, land management, project reporting, database monitoring, financial budgets production, web architecture and general administrative (including the design, instillation and upkeep electronic documentation systems), monitoring tendering process and editorial skills. Beside, I have had experience of implementation of health and safety, fire protection issues, solid knowledge of electrical safety, HSE audit, related ecological and HSE risk management assessments. Also, I am experienced in intensive worldwide traveling (about 120 days a year) and have a strong ability to work in bilingual area at international level including multicultural environment (UNEN, UNDP, Tasic) experienced in working within NGO’s such as WWF, Association of Indigenous people of the North, and well as working at industrial, constructions and manufacturing regional plants. Professional knowledge of PC, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, FrontPage), Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professinal), CorelDraw, Windows 9x, NT (2000, ME, XP), Vista, AutoCad or ArchiCad, MS Project, Prima-Vera.
