All duties of an office-manager plus team assistant (full office & administrative support to the Head of the Representative Office as well as its team), and additional duties because of employee's maternity leave, namely:
managing sales reports on a weekly base, maintaining relations with the landlord (managing the passes, all kind of documents required for a successful office operation) and clients, managing repair of IT equipment in the office, repair/purchase of separate furniture items, preparing packages and letters to other countries and cities plus an interaction with a courier service in Moscow and Moscow Region, checking out post boxes in the post office, booking the hotels and tickets for a team as a whole and visitors, visa support, controlling leasing agreements and payment flows, preparing and delivering guarantee letters to the importers about bonuses, price compensations, etc., filing, scanning and store various documents, providing the office with all necessary staff - water, office supplies, translating the documents for certification and other needs, working in Cognos system, etc.
During my work at FF, new Head of the Representative office was assigned. All procedures related to the documents issuing and submitting to the necessary authorities and bank were successfully fulfilled.
