Обязанности и достижения:
Developing card products;
Monitoring and analyzing of the card market evolution (trends, own
market segment and competitor’s one, cards characteristics and pricing);
Develops functioning rules and operational processes
description;
Monitoring the usage and evolution of the cards from Bank’s portfolio,
proposes and implements necessary changes to line them up to the
market standards, according to the Bank’s strategy;
Proposes and performs periodical revising of the product descriptions,
norms and procedures for bank cards and related services, including
ATMs and EPOSs;
Collaborates with branches, with other directorates from the Retail
Banking Division (Distribution Sales Channels and Branch Network
Management Directorate, Marketing Directorate, Product Management
and Alternative Sales Channels Directorate), as well as with relevant
directorates from the Corporate Banking Division (Project Finance and
Specialized Lending Directorate and Support and Product Management
Directorate) in order to assure the necessary support to promote the
products and services related to bank cards, ATMs and EPOSs.
Draws up weekly / monthly reports, including the number and value of
transactions with cards, transactions made at ATM and EPOSs.
Processing and monitoring of the daily bank card transactions, ATMs
and EPOSs, in collaboration with the IT & Logistics Division,
Accounting Directorate and the subcontractor companies agreed by the
Bank;
Performing the Customer Support service, both for cardholders and for
branch personnel (internal and external customers);
Solving and managing the complaints received from customers regarding
the bank card operations; including chargeback operations, prearbitration
and arbitration according to the International Card
Organisations standards;
Managing the bank card fraud risk, analyzing the suspicious transactions
reports, verifying the suspicious transactions, reporting the fraudulent
transactions to the International Card Organisations, managing the risk
concerning the lost/stolen cards;
Depending on the card type, analyzes the issuing documentation,
received from the branches, and approves the issuing of the respective
cards according to the Bank’s norms and procedures;
Managing the electronic terminals’ maintenance (ATMs and EPOSs) via
subcontractors;
Handling Hungarian/foreigner clients and offering all the support
needed during their visit in our bank;
Coordinating the team of support;
Dividing the tasks of the support department;
Evaluate the work of the subalterns.
