Responsibilities:
- Presentation of the school at the front desk
- Screening, answering and transferring calls to all staff, greeting and signing in visitors
- Assistance with Health and Safety duties and completion of incident reports
- Dissemination of information on courses and other services
- Checking students’ attendance and making a record of it in a database on a weekly basis
- Enrolment of students, taking payment for courses
- Provision of welfare support: help with UKBA forms, accommodation, personal problems etc.
- Provision of administrative support on request to the Senior Management and to the teaching staff
- Working on the school’s computer database operation system
- Issuing of documentation for students: ex. diplomas, council tax letters, certificates of enrolment etc.
- Assistance in organising Student Social Program: visiting attractions of the UK, organizing different events (ex. Halloween, Christmas, New Year).
