Обязанности и достижения:
• Participating in developing & full implementation of Human Resources strategic and tactical plans in terms of recruitment & selection; training & development;
• Ensuring recruiting without third parties assistance timely and at the appropriate level & supporting the Company image;
• Conducting on-boarding programs, orientation sessions as well as coordinating on-the-job training for new employees;
• Coordinating Project on Performance Management Process;
• Launching employee engagement survey in coordination with the global initiative, support in developing action plan to address gaps focusing on implementing actions to improve the lowest rated items;
• Building on the individual Development Planning (IDP) for Executive Committee members and HiPos;
• Identifying training needs per department/ unit to compose appropriate training plans; implementing the plans in accordance with the budgets available;
• Participation in Bunge Ukraine job grading project;
• Announcing tenders & effective selecting recruiting agencies & training suppliers, courses, companies, educational establishments to ensure proper cooperation with them;
• Networking through industry contacts, association memberships to identify relevant business partners, potential employees, etc.;
• Managing organization of team-building, entertaining & festive corporate events;
• Managing Innovations & Excellence Awards Project within Bunge Ukraine.
