§ Organisational planning process. Participated in development of organizational structure according to the corporate strategy. Developed job descriptions, rules & regulations for all departments. Was responsible for workforce optimization process. Worked out personnel database (records, policies, archive). Played active role in changing company regulations and procedures on payment, labor contracts and etc. Organised corporate insurance policy. Took part in ISO 9001 certification.§ Personnel policy. § Staffing process: work force planning, screening applicants, selecting (hiring). Developed the corporate employment policy.
