Job Roles: - Plan for, manage and oversee all Logistics operation within Tofig Bahramov Stadium, including the development of venue specific operational plans outlining efficient processes for the receipt, storage distribution ongoing supply and recovery of the equipment at the venue; - Manage daily Logistics operations at venue with reporting responsibilities to the Senior Venue Logistics Manager and dual accountability to both Logistics and Venue Team - In conjunction with the Venue Operations and Overlay functions, design logistics compounds and venue storage facilities incorporating efficient material movement pathways into my respective venue. - Serve as the link between Functions, suppliers and all other Logistics streams (Customs, Material Planning and Warehouse operations). - Develop and manage delivery schedules for bump-in, re-supply, transition, and bump-out of venue whilst identifying cost effective measures of utilizing staff and equipment. - Process and manage the allocation of Logistics resources (e.g. MHE, utility vehicles) at the venue. - Manage information flow to all functions with regards to Venue Logistics operations and Security protocols relating to the delivery of materials to venues. - Participate in the hiring, supervising and training of staff within venue, coordinating individual work assignments, setting project goals, evaluating employee performance, and determining training requirements. - Follow and manage workplace safety protocols within venue logistics team.- Апрель 2016 – июль 2016
