The prime objective is to identify, deploy and deliver, within agreed budget and performance targets, the scope of quality management support services as follow: • Develop and co-create a quality management system for the Shtokman Project with all related procedures and guidelines to meet the requirements of the corporate business controls and the associated standards • Develop Project Quality Plan, Surveillance Plan and Audit Plan • Accept Contractor QA/QC plans prior to work on site • Define source inspection requirements • Engage for coordination of Logistics activities of onshore portion of Shtokman project, including all interfaces & issues regarding Logistics contractors (contract clarifications, miscellaneous logistics shipments, vehicle provision...) and with internal Departments (Procurement/expediting, customs clearance, QA/QC, Project control, HSE, etc.) • Manage 3rd party source inspection • Review Contractor Inspection and Test Plans • Ensure surveillance assessments and audits conducted per the Quality Plan • Ensure vendor shop quality assessments and final inspection releases conducted • Issue Non-conformances and corrective actions • Issue preventative actions • Monitor Contractor non-conformance process and NCR closures • Manage surveillance of asset preservation and maintenance activities including OSD's Management (Overage, Shortage and Damaged) with involved parties • Ensure closure of audit report finding • Maintain KPI including logistic activities • Pursue all staff in the Onshore Project asset actively to adhere to the standards defined for quality and for wider QHSSE topics as an integrated approach to quality, health, safety, security and the environment • Ensure an effective system of quality incident reporting is in place at the Onshore Project and if required ensure that proper investigations are carried out to prevent recurrence • Report quality risks, issues and critical NCR’s to management • Provide continuous improvement recommendations on the Quality Management Systems • Ensuring that all staff receives the relevant quality (and wider QHSSE) training as required, including meeting Russian requirements. Train staff to understand quality issues and how to comply with relevant quality guidelines and standards.

I succeeded in obtaining an engineering solutions of a complex four-dimensional conjugated problems of thermal and mechanical interaction of underground pipelines under permafrost conditions, which can reduce to a combined solution of the non-linear, differential equations systems of hydro- and aerodynamics for crude oil flow or natural gas flow and the multi-dimensional unsteady Stefan problem with arbitrary initial and fixed boundary conditions. Package of programs has been documented in detail for carrying out comprehensive calculations for arbitrary regimes both the main-pipelines & complicated pipeline networks of gas-condensate fields and oil fields (including the circular pipeline networks) of every possible mode of installing pipes: underground, semi-underground, above-ground, sub-water etc. Such pipelines & networks can be used simultaneously, being connected one after another in various combinations along the route in conformity with environmental conditions. Also I engaged in problem of failures on Gas Pipelines of large diameter due to the process of stress-corrosion cracking (SCC) under various loads/ or surcharge including complex investigation of pipelines effected to SCC with working out the methods of re-testing and diagnostics of pipelines and calculating assessment of trouble-free operation of pipelines effected to SCC, ensuring assessment of maximal operated pressure and guaranteed terms of safety operation
