Market analyses, competition and mystery shopping, different types of researches
Participation in budget planning (P&L, USALI)
Print materials order (working with designers, publishing houses, photographers)
Duty manager shifts

Activity monitoring, staff coaching, standards audit, implementation and control as well as manager supervision of all the front office teams and reception areas of operating units under management (38 rooms 4* Hotel “Sretenskaya” in Moscow, 65 rooms 4* Hotel and 183 beds sanatorium in Sayanogorsk, 40 rooms 5* Boutique Hotel in Sochi, 2 private clubs in Moscow: Sports Club and Golf-Polo Club), Sanatorium “Valuevo” (200 beds).
Consulting and participation in projects under development regarding front office area (150 rooms 5* Hotel and SPA resort Olgovo, 60 km from Moscow, 150 rooms 5* Hotel Pushkin, Moscow)
