Managing media agencies including: performance and purchasing issues, annual strategic planning process: developing media strategies and media plans for 3 sectors within the given budget; managing annual TV Deal and non-TV commitments; savings calculation, competitive and post buying reports check, quarterly media plans review and KPIs check; organization of media trainings for marketing team; communication to agencies on tactical day-to-day requests, alignment media plans with different stakeholders, digital and paid search strategies development, alignment of agreements with global and local media agencies. Coordination with HQ.
