“Merrymed Pharm” Uzbek China JV - Namangan city, Uzbekistan Supply Chain Manager (06/2015-05/2017) • Lead and manage production planning, customer service, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, Transportation, follow up and other areas • Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports • Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff • Establish SOR’s for all plant supply Chain requirements & lead technical review for all domestic logistics RFQ’s • Inventory control through MRP, cycle counts and inventory adjustments. • Analyze and work out inventory reduction plans • Advise, Action, Monitor, Create supply chain solutions for all plant operations • Breakpoints (from old product to new ones) • Look for options to reduce inbound lead times from suppliers • Manage key stakeholders in manufacturing and materials teams to achieve the overall best landed cost for inbound materials • MTM and route planning • Assure supply chain compliance with safety requirements • Assure compliance with Internal and external audit requirements • Audits department and LSPs records for employees, Safety documents, Ergonomics, Suggestions, Training, KPI and Performance • Implements, monitors and maintains lean manufacturing initiatives • Source Logistics Service • Operationally manage contracts for all outsourced warehouse and logistic service providers. • Manage and create budgets and sign off on all supply chain documents. • Optimizes inbound material network • Manage any operational transitions from changes to contracted suppliers. • Resolution of customs related issues • Implement ISO and GMP principles in Supply chain “General Motors PT UZ” - Tashkent city, Uzbekistan Transportation Manager (02/2014-06/2015) • Managing all inbound logistics service providers and in plant logistics operations. • Track Material Deliveries through the Inbound Supply Chain • Audits department and LSPs records for employees, Safety documents, Ergonomics, Suggestions, Training, BPD and Performance • Implements, monitors and maintains GMS initiatives • Buys Logistics Service • Advise, Action, Monitor, Create logistics solutions for all plant operations • Operationally manage contracts for all inbound logistics service providers. Inclusive of road transport, external warehousing (3PL management), Container cartage, shipping, Sequencing operations and all value added services, if applicable. • Manage and create budgets and sign off on all logistics invoices. • Optimizes inbound material network • Manage key stakeholders in manufacturing and materials teams to achieve the overall best landed cost for inbound materials • Authorizes all deviations from the inbound material network (out of scope spend). • Establish SOR’s for all plant logistics requirements & lead technical review for all domestic logistics RFQ’s • Develop inbound material cost impact for new vehicle programs and participate in master dot reviews as the logistics representative. • Audits logistics service providers records for employees, Safety documents, Ergonomics, Suggestions, Training, Vacation, Attendance and overtime, “General Motors PT UZ” - Tashkent city, Uzbekistan Production & Material delivery Control Manager (08/2010-02/2014) • Manage supplier and production schedules • Oversee New and Major material and production control activities for GSC • Develop and maintains material availability reports • Coordinate API/cycle counts/estimation sampling • Coordinate service part requests and schedules • Drive inventory reduction plans • Minimize the use of premium transportation • Perform a daily audit of record adjustments including MR/DR reviews • Resolve numerous issues dealing with suppliers, supplier contracts or buyer related problems • Work with Purchasing on future supplier and part changes • Authorize inventory adjustments • Coordinate material activities surrounding a plan for every part (PFEP) for launches and pilots • Meet transportation and inventory budgets • Responsible for the ‘master dot/planning” chart for GSC BPD initiatives and metrics • Report BPD and metric results and progress to plant leadership and GSC HQ • Coordinate the departmental master plan and maintains timelines “Nestle Uzbekistan” LLC- Namangan city, Uzbekistan Industrial Performance Specialist (08/2009-08/2010) • Ensure optimum operational performance and efficient utilization of manufacturing assets, considering total delivered cost • Implementation of corporate cost and performance improvement objectives and ensure active participation of employees • implementation of best practices as defined by the Best In Class repository and benchmark with other sites • Continuously improve utilization of Nestle legacy systems in the factory by shop floor staff (FMS1, SAM, CST) • Fully implement & effective use of Nestle Self-Assessment Tool to improve factory operations • Involve more operators in improvement activities in SGA teams created to main factory improvement areas • Improve Factory CI idea suggestion scheme • Measure and track tendency of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are used for improvement tracking for all functions • Coordinate Company Working Capital decrease team activity “Nestle Uzbekistan” LLC- Namangan city, Uzbekistan Factory Planner (05/2008-08/2009) • Assisting factory management in both systematic investigation of the problems decreasing material, labour & asset productivity and in the development their solutions. • Implementation of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and control over sundry materials • Improving product availability in the market by improving MSA & DPSA through better planning and better communication with HO planning and production • Maintain no stock out of Raw and Packing (R&P) materials, • Closely work with Head Office staff to improve R&P material turnover • Optimizing the stock level
