• 3 categories management;
• Assigned Team management (leadership, coaching, training & development: 5 people reported);
• Global Brand Strategy development from scratch & its’ implementation management;
• Development, implementation and ownship of the Marketing Plans;
• Identification of the opportunities to leverage brand portfolio;
• Brand positioning & communication platform development from scratch;
• Pricing Strategy definition;
• Cost-effective Marketing mix development;
• Media strategy development;
• Educational multy-media campaign development – breaking news for the Category;
• New Sub-brand launch (including concept, product, pack & name development) and its 360 degrees multy-media campaign development;
• Loyalty multy-media campaign development;
• All stages of 360 degrees management of Creative development;
• Strong experience in NPD – over 20 new products launched locally according to the Strategy + new category launch;
• KPI’s definition, tracking, and measurement the effectiveness of all consumer marketing activities & product launches;
• Managing effective collaboration with the 3d parties;
• Trade expertise;
• P&L management;
• Financial KPIs definition & Brand Sales forecasting;
• Brand yearly Budget development, execution and control;
• Total responsibility for business results.
