• Developing the Marketing Strategies and Advertising plan for parts, accessories and service ensuring Brands integrity (for Cadillac, Chevrolet, Opel, ACDelco), customer lifecycle and customer retention. B2B, B2C.
• Communication plan development and implementation (ATL, BTL, AON, POS, CRM, SSM, etc.). Responsibility for CI budget.
• Maintenance relationships with the local suppliers (media, digital, creative and social media agencies), SOW development, KPI tracking.
• New Brand spare parts Product line development (ACDelco): Brand development, USP, Brand Strategy and Communication plan, B2B, B2C, market and competitor analysis, product pricing, Go-to-market plan, local region web-site launch and development, trade marketing activities, Exhibitions (MIMS), POS, e-commerce, local parts e-catalog launch and development.
• Parts and Product sales forecasting together with relevant functions
• Revenue, Annual and monthly Aftersales department parts sales reports, forecast planning, performance tracking, P&L monitoring, MTP & LTP planning, reporting to HQ.
• Perform market research and competitors monitoring
• Parts pricing policy and competitive analysis management, cost of ownership optimization.
• CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) \ CJM (Customer Journey Map)\ CRM-системы (Customer Relationship Management) Projects development and implementation. Brands web-sites user experience enhancement.
• Customer Loyalty program development and support, dealer motivation programs, co-op program.
• Business cases calculation and approval process (Tax, Legal, Finance), Policies and Procedures, Road map development and tracking.
• Develop, plan and execute special projects - IT-product support from the business side:
- DMS integration into CRM-system, Dealer workshop KPIs set up and tracking
- Online parts shopping tool, online service booking, parts e-catalog, customer personal accounts
- Accessories Online sales process integration into new vehicle online sales
• Develop, plan and execute special projects - IT-product support from the business side:
- DMS (Dealer management system) integration into CRM-system, Dealer workshop KPIs set up and tracking
- Online parts shopping tool, online service booking, parts e-catalog, customer personal accounts
- Accessories Online sales process integration into new vehicle online sales
• Development and support of manufacturer Luxury/Premium and Mass market Brand Standards in CIS Dealerships to improve customer experience Mystery shopping program and CSI development and tracking.
• Accessories and Merchandise products development and sales support for new and current car model range. Product range planning, pricing, sales forecast, branded experience show room zones standards program development, POS, presentations and training materials preparation.
• New vehicles models launch support from the aftersales programs side
• Team leadership, supervising and mentoring. Collaboration with the internal cross-functions to deliver a more holistic and coordinated marketing experience.
