- Strategic product planning and line-up development for each category
- New products development in alliance with Chinese factories and Global HQ
- Negotiations with HQ & factories (prices, production dates, improvements, quality issues, etc)
- Performing of market analysis, competitors activities tracing, benchmarking; market researches initiating and briefing for agencies
- Annual marketing communications planning, initiating and budgeting (scheduling, briefing, concepts choosing) with contracted agencies and within the company units
- Sales analysis: dynamics, ratio, profitability, ABC; figuring recommendations for account team and sales team
- Organizing BTL campaigns; preparing POP materials with trade marketing team
- Preparation of sales-guides, presentations, etc;

- Launch of new categories: e-readers and media players
- Negotiation of trade perspectives with Russian distributors (Mvideo, MM and others)

- Category management for Philips Shaver heads: annual panning of value and volume sales, development strategy of category growth and distribution increase. Management of pricing, distribution, phase-in/out models, marketing strategy the category, POSM adaptation.
