    Creation and implementation of marketing strategy for IT consulting company on the Internet: - Semi-annual planing of activities for promotion of the website, its optimization and attraction of new inquiries - Site structure optimization, either through contractors or independently - Optimization of the site's content (text correction, structure, technical optimization) - Advertising campaign management: the creation of a media plan for context / banner advertising and retargeting. - Formation of the sales structure for services through the site and improvement the site usability - SEO promotion (internal and external optimization) - Site traffic and effectiveness of advertising analysis - Email marketing - Reputation management on the Internet and monitor of competitors activities - Marketing costs optimization - Financial planning, budgeting. - Reporting and documentation workflow - Cooperation with contractors and advertising agencies (setting targets and monitoring results, reporting, analytics). Writing ToR and management of web development. - Support of regional offices. For half a year I have removed the site from Yandex filter (over-optimization). Have built an advertising campaign, which increased the number of calls from the site. Fixed many bugs on the site.
