MARKETING RESEARCHES:
- research of assortment offer of competitors;
- establishment of target client portrait (wholesale/end consumer);
- monitoring of prices, establishment of products position as against similar products of competitors;
- estimate of customer satisfaction (preparation of questionnaire, response handling);
- monitoring of relevant mass media.
ADVERTISEMENT:
- order of advertising materials, POS, work with contractors and advertising agencies;
- support by catalogues, leaflets and other information materials development;
- adaptation of marketing materials taking into account market seasonality.
PR:
- e-mailing (sending of advertising and news materials);
- work with client base (complement);
- participation in the preparation and carrying of the actions;
- participation in the press release writing;
- publication in mass media.
SITE:
- work with contractors for site making.
Content provisioning:
- placement of new collections in the site, sale actions (its actual update);
- conduct of actions promoting a growth of Internet sales (seasonally, holiday actions, newsworthy event);
- actualization of site content and articles re-allocation in accordance with actuality of categories, models, seasons, colors and availability of the goods;
