Retail chain| 15 stores.
• 15 stores interior design maintenance, windows changing 5 times a season.
• Constant control over VM in the stores.
• Cooperation with advertising companies (selecting place for advertising, working out and implementing advertising activities, creating layouts & putting orders for their manufacturing).
• Collecting information on new customers (where/ how/ from whom they knew our brand, how they find it, their opinion on our product, etc).
• Cooperation with trade centres administration (coordination of our activities in all sorts of promotions, finding suitable places for advertisings, advertising places selecting).
• Providing the stores with all POS-materials (design and manufacture of packaging, shoe stands, branded uniforms, additional equipment for VM, stores location booklets, coupons of guarantee, etc.)
• Design and printing of seasonal catalogues for their further distributing in the stores.
• Giving the staff all information on the brand, its heritage, new collections, technologies, etc. Staff training on selling and VM principles.
• Full support and follow-through of new store opening (from selecting styles to be sold in the store till coordination of all advertising activities).
• Regular visits in person to the stores (VW correction, staff training, storehouse inspection).
Operating under franchise agreement stores and wholesalers
• Constant control over VM in the stores (collection of photo-reports and making corrections)
• Providing them with all information on the brand, its principals, history, heritage, new collections, technologies, etc.
• Discussing and confirming their marketing activities on each season, collecting their orders for POS-materials, scrutinizing their financial reports on marketing activities for their further passing to English HQ.
• Collecting weekly information on sales in each store.
• Seasonal presentation of new collections.
Cooperation with English HQ and Polish representatives
• Constant co-working with marketing managers, merchandisers and people responsible for Clarks Russia site.
• Inquiries on information needed, translation of all documents received, promotions coordination.
• Making up and discussing of marketing activities plan.
• Control over marketing budget distribution.
• Future collections discussion.
• Collecting information on bestsellers and complete failures (based on sells in all Clarks stores)
• Working as an interpreter during meetings in person.
• Business trips to Polish office for training and solving of sharp problems.
General responsibilities
• Full preparation for 2 shoe exhibitions in Moscow – Mosshoes & Euroshoe (twice a year): documentation, stand design, VM.
• Presentations preparing for English HQ and Polish office.
• Making presentations in Polish and German Clarks offices.
• Business trips to major European shoe exhibitions in Milan (MICAM) & Dusseldorf (GDS) twice a year.
• Plans elaboration for development and promotion of other shoe brands.

• Translation of all documents, brochures, booklets and catalogues from English to Russian.
• Collection and translation information on the brand.
• Writing of news articles and information reports on the brand activities.

• Interpreting during meetings in person of our office representatives with Polish, German or English representatives (from/ to English).
