Working with dealers, end-users, and the sales force to define new product requirements and work with product development to document these requirements in product specifications.
Writing press releases, news updates, newsletters, articles and other materials for potential and existing clients and partners; involving in the creation of publicity material such as brochures, posters
Coordinating information activities of the company, analysis and monitoring of information
Compiling analytical information reports and coordinating feedback from customers, correspondence with potential and current partners
