Duties:
Prepare wide range of analytical reports, e.g.:
a) Macroeconomic trends, market trends, competitors
b) Assortment (ABC XYZ analysis, pricing, etc.) c) Sales and profitability by regions, producers,
brands, products, channels of sales d) Stock e) Analyze conditions of working with suppliers and clients
Supply Chains management (SCM): Making recommendation to Product Managers for purchasing (based on various statistical models), analyze rate of sales for products to prevent increase of unsalable stock or lack of stock, planning sales promotion events to increase sales.
Clients: CRM (Clients segmentation per branches, channels of sales, etc.), analysis of sales dynamics, monitoring of clients satisfaction, conduct research and survey on consumer opinion to build marketing strategies, monitoring of efficiency of internet site (dynamics of consumers activity).
Financial: Receivables & Payables Management, Planning of payment to Suppliers, appraisal of financial efficient of big deals.
Other: Previous version of balanced scorecards (BSC) support.
Active participation in: Automation of different business process, such as reporting, purchase planning and financial forecasting; improvement of original CRM and ERP; implementation of long term business development strategy; creating KPI for different positions.
