Coordinator of Toyota CO-OP marketing project (dealers advertising support)
* Coordination Toyota regional marketing communication (105 dealers in Russia and Republic Belarus and 23 advertising regional agencies) - check obtaining approved briefs by agencies, quality verification of ATL dealer's advertisements,
consulting dealers on ATL & BTL marketing activities: analysis, recommendations & control of dealer marketing activities;
* Support in preparation and concept organization of dealer marketing events - support dealer sales and new model presentations, verification of quality dealer's events;
* Coordination workflow update (Agency Agreements, Service Contracts, Appendices, Closed Documents, Invoices, Payments);
Marketing Communication & PR Department
* Document Management of Toyota CO-OP advertising start-up project;
* Perform administrative support activities for the department
