Manage overall market research projects and all consumer research for the company: qualitative and quantitative (consumer insights, copy, advertising, product, media, packaging, promotion, Brand Performance, Advertisement Tracking Studies, U&A and etc. research). Responsible for retail audit. Make data analysis and provide consultancy to support management decisions with respect to products and strategy definition. Evaluate market evolution, participate in Long Range Plan preparation, prepare reports and presentations; keep track of competitors; lead and take part in negotiations, new projects. One subordinate.
