- Linkage of sourcing strategies, annual buying plans, implementation plan resulted in sustainable supply with 100% business continuity, TCI 98%, budget optimization $2M, effect from strategies implementation $2M of hard saving.
- Lead relations management between procurement and management team, global procurement, local and global suppliers, SRM.
- Risks & Opportunities process management, budgeting, PRM, inventory management, cash release.
- Leading procurement KPI, RACI, WoW continuous improvement.
- Managing procurement team of 4 FTE: operation and supplier quality assurance;
- Leading cross-functional project team of 10 FTE: R&D, Quality, Logistics, Planning, Finance.
