    Обязанности и достижения:

    Key responsibilities: - Sustainable supply and timely customs clearance of merchandise (jewelry), seasonal store decorations/hospitality items, packaging, marketing assets and printing materials for two Tiffany stores (plenty of vendors from all over the world, transportation, customs clearance/local brokers) - Coordination of Carnet ATA deliveries (high jewelry pieces) - Warehousing - Contracts review with logistics provider, vendors etc - Supply chain operations process set up - Stock level review and constant negotiations with the store management and Replenishment Planning in HQ in order to have desired assortment for the market and satisfy local clients’ requests - Communication and reporting to the headquarters on a regular basis - Reporting all necessary documents for strategic planning and budgeting in accordance with finance department requirements - Monitoring of partner's KPIs - Physical count Audit in both Tiffany store Achievements during the working period: - New store opening (one point for supply of all merchandise, CVM, materials and furniture for renovation) - New warehouse set up for all non-valuable items/CVM and materials (in short distance to both stores): contract signing, relocation, local delivering process set up - Contract with the new broker with more convenient tariffs and terms - Contract with fragrance vendor - Export Contract - Contract with transport company - The replenishment scheme was modified in order to get automatic order placement; hence the smooth product supply on the market (IT/logistics support) - Testing the logistics module in Navision in collaboration with Global/Local IT dept. (stock movement, replenishment model, shortages/overages corrections etc)

    Обязанности и достижения:

    • Started in 2007 as a junior Logistics Representative and was responsible for product supply to 10 Russian cities (distribution center in Moscow). • Since 2008 was promoted to Logistics Specialist. In this role took leadership in opening of 15 sales centers and pick up points (logistics process set up, people hiring/training, warehouse set up, product supply from Moscow to all stores/sales centers, staff coordination and control in order to be aligned with Company’s policies and procedures; safety stock control and out of stock avoiding; supply management and coordination; new product launches in participation with Marketing department, audit and physical count inspection for all countries) • Since 2009 was promoted to Logistics Coordinator, CIS countries and was responsible for product supply from Netherlands (distribution HUB) to third parties in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Romania. Then participated in new Sales centers opening in Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia. • Since 2014 was promoted to Logistics Manager for CIS countries. Was responsible for 10 CIS countries. Participating in transitioning from third party model to Herbalife entity in Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Achievements: • Took leadership in opening a lot of sales centers and pick up points in Russia and CIS countries (Logistics, warehousing, team management, sales control) • Supply/Logistics process was set up successfully for all sales centers in order to maximize sales and avoid out of stock • Efficient staff members and right tools were prepared during my working period for all third parties to be adopted and aligned with corporate policies/procedures
