Moscow branch's activity: - Air freight; - Sea freight and container shipments; - Road trucking; - Rail freight (Agreement with RZD); - Removals and relocations; - Customs clearance; - Warehouse service. Working under ISO standards. Responsibility: 1. Full operation management: - Objectives creation and execution control; - vendors selection; - price policy definition; - settlement of conflicts with vendors and customers; - etc. 2. Marketing and sales: - Definition of the most attractive products of the company for the purpose of the further advertizing campaign; - definition of the most probable consumer segment; - vendors selection (editors, web-sites, advertisement agencies); - market survey; - meeting with the customers (with potential customers at start-up, and with the key-customers on the way to cooperation expansion); - presentations and advertisement materials creation; - participation in tenders; - etc. 5. Human Resources: - trainings of new employees; - Regulation of interaction of branch with HQ and other branches; - creating of Job Descriptions; - creating of HR-policy basis and realization controlling; - optimization of Organization Chart; - developing of motivations policy; - etc. 6.
