(RCCL) on the occasion of booking blocks of cabins for group cruises. Create and reserve blocks of cabins for the season’s group cruises. • Put all bookings to the tour program “Master-Tour” with the deadlines and amount of payments. • Cooperate with other company’s departments for reserving additional shore services, for groups as well (air tickets, hotels, transfers, excursions). • Ensure on-time payments. Write monthly payment’s reports for RCCL. • Work in online booking system of RCCL, extend option’s date, confirm bookings, put all necessary changes to bookings. • Validate and deliver all necessary documents to embassies for visas. Ensure on-time getting all necessary documents for visas from agencies, and control on-time receiving visas from the embassies. • Ensure and delivery necessary documents for tour (tickets, vouchers, insurance, visas), short briefing. • Receive and response to different agencies’ claims. • Daily cooperation with US and British office of RCCL on the occasion of different trouble and urgent requests, conflict and arguable situations (changing booking, getting official permission for early/late boarding/disembark, urgent documents, changing of the cruise’s date, etc.). • Negotiate with ports’ agencies about all visas requirements and ports of call details. • Have been leading and control working of Ukraine office of Lanta-tur voyage. • Organize and coordinate ships’ visits in Saint-Petersburg. • Support and coordinate our clients during cruises, help and solve different arguable situations. • Develop and deliver all necessary documents for tour-leaders on cruises. • Develop informational materials for presentations.

Working results: Have been sent to 3 cruises as a tour-leader of Russian groups (150, 200 and 130 peoples) on the board of Thomson Celebration Ship. During cruises I have been leading every evening meetings with Russian tourists, where I have been answering to all questions, providing all necessary information about “life” on the board, about harbors, excursions, solding free tickets on excursions, accompanied groups during excursions.
