• Organising the proposals to key accounts and closing the deals
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services
• Tracking of quality, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Review and analysis of daily sales with following result report to the company management
Achievements:
• Attracted new accounts (the major ones are DSV Air Dutch, CEVA Logistic, Panalpina)
• Satisfactory performance of KAM for France MOD which led to 30% increase of airline income)
• Decreasing OPEX with no loss in quality
