* Key duties: managing the team of developers and technical support; planning, coordination, support and control of software development and user support process.
* Key functions: infrastructure and resource planning, working schedule creation and harmonization, requirements analysis and task setting, control over work progress and results. User and server infrastructure support provision. Interaction with internal customers and outside suppliers.
* Responsibility: harmonized continuous software development, introduction and support process, inbound of deadlines and scope of SLA.
* Achievements: got experience in building up an IT department from scratch. I built up a team of developers and set up the process of software development. Enhanced IT project management skills. Implemented software system for specific insurance operations based on web-technologies for supporting geographically distributed company subdivisions. Improved my English skills.
* Experience in IT department management – more than 13 years.
* Experience in software development: Oracle (v8-v11) - 14 years, knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Delphi (v1-v10) - 18 years, familiar with source code versioning support in SubVersion, Oracle administration skills, basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, experience in working in Linux.
