2. Tooling creation by using 3D programme "Kompas 3D" (drawnings/sketches for fixing brackets, cut tooling, quick detachable fixing device, yarn winding device).
3. Cycle time preparation/reduction; takt time; production capacity.
4. Production line balance.
5. Preparation: work instructions, process flow charts, 5s cards, PFMEA (changing).
6. Moulds handling.
7. Staff training.
8. Equipment and device selection (pneumatic paint mixing device, exhaust system case, ultrasonic washing machine, roller racks, trolleys and so on).
9. Implementation of Lean manufacturing tools (FIFO, One Piece Flow, SMED, 5Why, Ishikava, Kan-Ban, 7muda).
10. Audit preparation.
11.Machine capability and process capability.
12. Continious Improvement Project (CIP).
- Monthly report about my own improvements in the workshop (slides and audio conference between some foreign Takata`s plant);
- Monthly dialogue with CIP team leader from Germany to discuss goals, targets, weak points to be improved and benefit from the improvements (workshop schedule/savings plan);
I am steering wheel process engineer.I am alone responsible for whole workshop consisting of five main areas such as washing, foaming, sewing, assembly and tankdepot/paint mixing area and some other small areas.
