My routine duties and responsibilities: - developments of layouts for current production and for coming CKD project using AutoCad. - assembly work instructions (including torque and tools type) creation for trucks (SKD kit), road maps and materials consumption sheets. - keeping the technological documentation in up-to-date condition (according to new info from TC). - parts test for localization purpose. - selection and adjustment pneumatic/electric tools and torque wrenches (Atlas Copco, Tohnichi, Fuji, Uryu etc.). - tooling design. - the first building trial for each new model to approve the created work instruction and to study workshop staff.

It is rather easy to work with programmes such as AutoCad, Kompas-3D, UGS Unigraphics NX6. I used to aplly this software for my work tasks. Also I know how to use the special programme to control a full product life cycle named the Teamcenter and the special programme to do or change PFMEA known as IQ-RM. Courses and trainings: 2011 two months Ul`yanovsk automobile plant, Ul`yanovsk. Crash course in the professional software package Unigraphics NX6. 2014 SW plant, Arad, Romania Crash course "The basic knowledges how to organise production according to lean production". 2015 Japan, Kurume plant Three months training about tyres production and japanese production culture. Preferable job is that requires brain activity, a lot of calculations and design.
