• US$2 million worth of inventory transfer to global affiliates after organizational restructuring (order processing, packing, containerization, shelf life control, shipment and SAP update).

* Inventory accuracy level (average) 98.9 % since July 2011.
* Truck utilization from 85% in January 2012 to 98% in August 2012
* Best Used Before Date (BUBD) process management that resulted in a consistent and coordinated stock monitoring to address Loss of Goods (LOGD) cost due to aging. US$ 50,000 Saving.
* Duty Free and Asia Domestic volume transfer: Order processing for packaging and raw materials to meet PMI Affiliates’ production plans. 99% customer order fulfillment rate.
