● Leading for the performance development review (probation period – Evaluations)
● Supervising Social and medical insurance (handling all related forms- Annual reports)
● Performance management & Contracts.
● Compensations and benefits (Employees’ loyalty programs)
● Monthly attendance & payroll (tax calculation- Monthly reports)
● Conducting interviews professionally & Screening CVS
● Responsible for the recruitment cycle & Headhunting talents & succession planning
● Handling and maintaining Capacity plans, budgets, and manpower plans.
● Issuing the turnover report monthly and quarterly
● Keep updated on related information and share it with all concerned if appropriate.
● Ensure that all attendance sheets from different departments are properly recorded
● Update staff list and ensure all transaction is recorded appropriately
● Conduct survey on salaries and benefits and report it the Director of HR
● Ensure documents concerning with the development of the staff are kept in each
personnel file, appraisal forms, Career Development plans
● Prepare monthly report, new recruits, staff turnover and related activities
● Perform other duties maybe assigned from time to time by the director of HR.
Technical responsibilities
- Understanding the job discerptions of all positions
- Understanding the policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance to the staff all the time
- Maintaining grooming standards
- Managing wastes by reducing and recycling the resources, change staff behavior to carefully use of the sources
Human Resources responsibilities
- Coach and consul all staff when applicable
- Motivate staff to grow within the company
- Develop to be better in the occupied post at all time

- Direct and supervise activities of the department concurred
