    Обязанности и достижения:

    I was invited to organize initiation from the scratch, development and managing of company's international activity (marketing, promotion, export/import). Reporting: to business owners. Duties: - Development of strategy to enter international markets. - Monitoring and competitive analysis of target markets, marketing analysis. - “Cold” search and attraction of potential customers from the field of energy networks, and building relationships with them from scratch. - Business correspondence, calculations of commercial offers. - Creation of export contractual instruments, and submission of commercial offers. - Negotiating with potential customers, organizing meetings. - Preparation and conduct of product presentations. - Interaction with logistical companies and customs brokers. - Preparation of documents for customs clearance, shipping documents, coordination of contracts, calculation of rates, customs payments, billing control. - Ensuring import procurement of components necessary for the production. Achievements: - Has determined key target markets for the export, as well as requirements of local customers. - Based on personal negotiations with decision-makers (mainly from EMEA countries), has created customers’ database for export from scratch (more than 30 companies). - Has developed a complete package of export contractual documents. - Has prepared bids, and concluded several contracts for participation in international tenders (ME). - Has concluded a distribution agreement, and carried out import purchases of accessories for production from a new supplier from the UK. Reason for dismissal: the company's shareholders decided to focus on domestic business, and abandon overseas business direction. Recommendation letter is available.
