Document shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations; Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs; Making sure that the products and commodities arrive within the given time; Supervise and manage a team of people, which is include organizing work schedules and issuing shipping instructions to ensure delivery times and locations are coordinated. This is also include track and trace management so as to monitor goods at all times.
