    Обязанности и достижения:

    Responsibilities: 1.Organizing deliveries FCL, LCL shipments both import/export on different terms FOB, CFR, FCA according to Incoterms 2000/2010 via Saint Petersburg, Novorossiysk, Kaliningrad, Riga, Klaipeda, Vladivostok ports for global and local companies. 1.1. Tight collaboration with KN stations (sending and receiving offices): a) in case of import: providing instructions for further arrangements of bookings, for filling in HBL, MBL with correct information corresponding the requirements of port authorities and port customs of destination side; coordination all actions of KN stations till the arriving at destination c) in case of export shipments vice versa: checking with KN station the requirements of ports at the destination side, requesting the instructions for filling in the transport documents and then organising the delivery according to provided instructions. 1.2. Cooperation with the sea lines: - arranging bookings, - providing the instructions for MBLs, - timely surrending MBls at sea line offices due to avoiding the arising extra charges at port (storage, demurrage, detention, LPF) in tough connection with control of HBL, - arranging the surrending MBls at destination, - organizing the telex release at origin, - providing the correct instructions for releasing the containers and haulage ones from destination port. 1.3. Cooperation with port agents and truck forwarders for organizing port forwarding and haulage till the w/h of client: - Working with the different subcontractors, - Organizing bonded and un-bonded inland transportation (collecting full set of enclosed documents, providing all necessary information, checking the support documentations such as CMR, commercial documents). 1.4. Preparing all necessary documents before the arriving at ports of destination due to be ready to arrange the fastest procedure and avoid the occurring the extra costs. 2. Strict control the movements during the whole transport way. Checking the status with sea lines, agents and subcontractors and then providing the correct and precise information to clients. Quick and timely resolution of urgent issues. 3. Coordination the finance situation of each shipment via internal system. Providing the monthly finance status. Timely exposing of invoices and controlling of document getting from the responsible subcontructors. 4. Working with claims and requirements of clients.

Preparation and providing of documents for the customs broker. Preparation of documentary base for cargo acceptance on territory of the Russian Federation. 10. Conclusion the contracts with clients, operative work with agreements, observance the terms of it.
