Site Safety advisor
Обязанности и достижения:
- Provide safety support to Project Execution team. Support, monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve site level SSH&E issues, evaluate metrics, and provide weekly / monthly reports to responsible line management - Apply core competency and experience, oversees proper implementation of SSH&E management processes at the site level. Evaluate program effectiveness, particularly in areas for eliminating higher potential events. Make recommendations based on site observations and safety metrics to site leadership teams to prevent HURT incident - Prepare / provide a safety induction briefing to Project team members and visitors - Provide support for training, drills, and other matters related to emergency preparedness and response - Take the lead in the preparation and/or review of notifications / communication of significant incidents to company project / functional management as per EM and Project incident reporting procedures and matrix - Work with Project Site team and contractor’s SSHE organizations to implement project specific site programs; initiatives. - Evaluate / monitor / support implementation of Contractor’s safety / health management systems. - Provide support for risk assessments and studies appropriate to the risk level and verify field implementation - Facilitate and advise contractor and subcontractors to establish, communicate, and implement safety expectations and initiatives; monitor and stimulate execution with contractor’s safety policy, rules, and procedures; monitor conformance with project and site safety execution plans and implement improvements where appropriate. - Identify and work to eliminate site hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; work with company, contractor, and subcontractor SSHE professionals toward achieving an injury-free work place. - Keep site management apprised of significant SSH&E issues and plans / progress toward resolving those issues. - Collect, analyze, and report data on leading indicators, safety performance and safety initiatives to project leadership team, working with Contractor and administrative support staff. - Identify and assist with prioritization of opportunities for site SSH&E process improvements. - Facilitate regular safety inspections / assessments and audits onsite and at key offsite subcontractor locations in accordance with established project and site safety plans or as requested by Project Team members. - Assist the contractor as needed to ensure SSH&;E training is conducted for site personnel. - Organize and participate in investigations and follow-up of incidents, including development of remedial action plans. - Assist in the preparation of notifications / reports for communication of significant incidents to company project / functional management as per EM/Project incident reporting procedures and matrix. - Collect and share lessons learned between site and outside organizations where appropriate. - Monitor safety culture, plan/program implementation, tool effectiveness and performance in real time, provide recommendations for solutions/mitigation to project team and follow up on a timely manner - Facilitate regular safety walkthrough, inspection, and assessments and assist Project Management in responding to project audits. Monitor compliance to local laws/regulations. - Develop and organize safety/health/emergency preparedness training and drill for PMT. - Provide root cause analysis expertise, organize, facilitate and/or participate in investigation and follow-up of near misses and incidents when needed, including development of remedial action plans. - Develop / deliver technical presentations, share safety-related Lessons Learned between sites and outside organizations.- Июль 2012 – март 2020
