Обязанности и достижения:
- Providing HSE assurance, issue management support, and coordination for SEIC TD Management; - Fostering HSE culture, encourage and support line ownership of HSE performance delivery; - Monitoring and review of the TD HSE performance (Occupational and Process Safety) on monthly, quarterly and annual basis to drive continual improvement within SEIC TD and Drilling contractors; Ensuring TD HSE risks are managed according to the SEIC Managing Risk Standard (0000-S-90-04-O-0006-00) and Hazardous Activities Standard (0000-S-90-04-O-0261-00); - Coordination of TDW HSE Monthly Contractors Meeting; - Chairing Bi-Weekly HSE Network Forum with all TDW Contractors; - Coordination of TDW IRPs; - Coordination of LSR violations review with TD management; - Conducting of the TD HSE Steering Committee and Annual TD MS HSE reviews; - Coordination of monthly TD Office HSE Committee meetings; - Arranging Consultations and advise TD employees on HSE matters with; - Monitoring the implementation, use and effectiveness of SEIC HSE Management System, programs, procedures, and best practices in Drilling to ensure compliance with HSE expectations; - Managing HSE interface with SEIC and contractors engaged in Drilling HSE; - Visit, inspect and audit Contractors Onshore Bases, Drilling rigs as appropriate to ensure the implementation and fulfillment of HSE standards, procedures in line with SEIC HSE standards; - Providing advice to Drilling & Completions SEIC HSE Managers/Supervisors in matters of HSE & regulatory; - Promoting the application of techniques such as continual improvement, benchmarking, effective leadership, HSE initiatives, and teamwork with the purpose of achieving and assuring best class HSE results and standards; - Monitoring performance against annual and campaign HSE plans, ensuring timely performance feedback is delivered to the SEIC TD Managers; - Collaboration with HSE colleagues across industry / contractors, consultants and universities to promote awareness, development and transfer of HSE knowledge and experience; - Monitoring and providing advice on HSE issues in Drilling to meet current and anticipated future standards and regulatory requirements; - HSE in contracts assistance – HSE Audits, Inspections, BPR’s, Stoplight banding etc; - HSE Competency Assessments of HSE critical positions; - Delivering and coordinating HSE trainings and assistance in HSE Competency Gap closure (ASL, Safe2Lead, HSE Cases awareness, PTW essentials, Intervention and HID etc); - Facilitate and conduct General HSE Inductions, also HSE Inductions prior to beginning of operations on the working places.
