Anatoly worked in Plant HS&E group as IH&S engineer and he passed the Process engineer college and qualification as a PE in PSG in parallel with his role as a HS&E engineer. Then during 7 years he led Plant HS&E group. He was externally qualified in Brussels Technical Centre for all HS&E programs including Fire protection in London FP school, was T&Q Security and Medical Programs. At that time under Anatoly Leadership Plant achieved... MM Safe Hours and several Years works without Lost Working Day Cause incidents. Also during this period Plant reached and keep capable score during External HS&E assessments. The plant security/Medical group was also under his responsibility.

During this period under Anatoly’s leadership the Pampers lines was vertically started up. New building with Process Utility Building, Utility and BC RPM WH was build with accordance to HS&E and QA requirements under supervision of Anatoly as a Operation Department Manager. His outstanding ownership, leadership and people management skills were the key factors for the success. Recruitment and early development of local talents were successfully led by Anatoly also at that time.

Anatoly leads Plant RPM WH during 4 years till the current moment. This department include all RTN roles as a Declaration of industrial safety, Pressure vessels, Tech and steam/hot water pipelines, cranes, ... and RPN roles on solid wastes, Air emission, waste water, ...FP and gas rescue activity. Under his leadership and ownership the RPM department has achieved great results. During last years the productivity was increase via people multi-skills capability development and redesign of organization using benchmarking process. Anatoly got the platinum rewards for the fasters organization productivity grow.

Grow capability and develop others: He had coaching interactions with all day and shift of RPMWh in one way or another and he has developed those reporting to him constantly, helping them to grow and take on higher responsibilities. Anatoly has shown outstanding Leadership and Ownership during his assignment in Plant HS&E Leader, BC and RPM ODM. He has formed the culture of the young organization and has corrected deviating behaviors swiftly. At all times and under all circumstances he has proven to be reliable, and capable to lead the organization.
His influence on New Hire managers, who are success stories today, was great and positive and he supported their on-boarding and led their first steps into becoming leaders in a collegial and friendly way, which they will only much later know to value properly.
All systems in HS&E, practical F&A and ORG were not only introduced and ultimately owned by Anatoly but also trained to their respective owners and the entire organization. He successfully introduced all program.

Начал свою трудовую деятельность будучи студентом НФ МХТИ. После окончания НФ МХТИ и службы в военно-морских силах был принят на ведущее производственное предприятие по выпуску товаров бытовой химии слесарем ремонтником в цех СМС по приготовлению и сушки композиции. На предприятии с 1992 года. Имеет два высших образования, закончил (НФ МХТИ) инженер механик по специальности машины и аппараты химических производств, и Тульский филиал Московского заочного финансового экономического института (финансист) по специальности финансы и кредит (банки и банковская деятельность).
Свою инженерно-техническую деятельность начал с должности мастера и затем старшего мастера по ремонту аппаратурного оборудования, прошёл путь инженера по ОТ, Промышленной безопасности и ООС, руководил и контролировал безопасное производство работ подрядными организациями как ведущий инженер по ОТ, Пр Б и ООС, в течении нескольких лет возглавлял отдел Охраны Труда, Промышленной Безопасности, ООС, ГО и ЧС, медицинской программы в ведущей международной Компании по выпуску товаров бытовой химии, являясь начальником отдела. в своей карьере квалифицирован как инженер по организации и управлению производством. Как начальник цеха возглавлял такие производственные подразделения Компании как цех по производству детских подгузников Pampers, цех органических полупродуктов производства СМС. являясь добросовестным работником Компании, выполнил и организовал большое количество проектов по оптимизации производственных процессов, проведению реорганизации структурных подразделений Завода. Его знания, опыт и квалификация в области законодательства РФ, Компании P&G в области Охраны труда, Промышленной Безопасности, Охраны Окружающей среды, Пожарной Безопасности, а также в сфере Security были полноценно использованы в работе и оценены руководством. Добросовестность, исполнительность и организаторские способности являются отличительными качествами
За время работы показала себя грамотным и ответственным работником, всегда вовремя и качественно выполняя производственные задания и общественные поручения.
