• Developing HR policies &procedures, employment contracts, department regulations, job descriptions.
• Manpower planning (analyses of current staff and past trends and future plans in HR terms) employment, dismissal, reduction of number and staff, transmission into other position.
• Searching for candidates (database, internet, social networks, recommendations, direct search).
• Maintenance of new employees during the trial period: meetings, questionnaires, psychological support.
• Opening accounts and issuing salary cards for new employees.
• Implementation of the grading and motivation system.
• Regular record keeping (hiring, dismissal, transferring of employees, changes in conditions of work, work time record: sick-leaves; maternity leaves, labour books, personnel files).
• Employment (official registration) of expats.
• Organized the company’s corporate events
