- Conducting professional and psychological tests and competency based interviews.
- General managing of office current activities, carrying out control over timely completion of works (5 recruiters).
- Managing, designing and implementation of the learning, assessment and development programs of recruiters.
- Preparing the analytical reports on department activity every week.
- Participation in departmental audits.
- Daily corresponding and phone conversations with partners.
- Managing relationships with central and regional educational institutions.
Managing recruitment projects for clients in following business spheres: Retail, FMCG, Hi-Tech, Manufacture, Banking.
