Обязанности и достижения:
Project work on the transition to the new Workday and SAP systems: testing, validation, working with global providers, providing training to HR.
All issues related to Expatriated matters (HQS) and International Assignments:
- supporting inbounds and outbounds employees on labour, migration, tax and currency law;
- working with Global Mobility Team and providers;
- reporting for Local and International Departments;
- compiling budget for expats;
- development of Policy and strategy for IA;
- helping in obtaining work permits, visa, migration registration etc.
C&B:
- annual salary reviews, bonuses;
- budgeting for expats;
- working with the grading system.
HR documentation:
- development and updating of HR-procedures;
- supporting of the payroll processes;
- consulting of Employees on Labor law and C&B issues;
- audit of the HR documents and systems;
- optimization of the processes in HR-Admin team.
- Supporting of the global reorganization processes in the company: the restructuring of departments, reduction, closing subdivisions in the regions.
