- HR-IT system (tender of IT provider; technical task development and implementation; control of database fulfillment)
- Internal grading (market analyses; JD development; competency modeling; total annual remuneration determination)
- Recruitment (recruitment policy development, tender of internal providers; recruitment search in accordance with Company’s demands; evaluation of recruitment results)
- HR Administrative support (development of all internal policies and processes in accordance with Russian legislation; HR workflow; employees relations and support; outsoursing and service contracts management)
- Training system development (training policy, tender of providers, evaluation of effectiveness)
- Bonus system (determination of KPI’s for each relevant position, control of impersonal evaluation)
- Performance (employee’s assessment, annual and mind-year reviews, market analyses, career development)
- Comp&Ben (development and implementation of internal benefit system: car allowance, mobile, medical insurance, meal allowance)
- Corporate culture (management of corporate events and social activities; team-buildings organization, corporate information board, corporate movies)
- Budgeting (all relevant HR budget items)
- Office administration (Landlord search; office repairs; tender of office providers (water, stationary, cleaning, parking etc…; Workflow)
- Health and Safety (medical check-ups, development and implementation, control of all H&S procedures in accordance with the law, documentation preparation, attestation of working places)
