    Обязанности и достижения:

    • Improving the quality of service on the technical support line/reduction of mistakenly sent requests to service centers. • Analysis of the work of operators and technical specialists (on-line consultations) of the LG product support service, monitoring compliance with the company's requirements and standards, listening and analysis of calls, daily "briefings" and trainings with operators. • Improvement of operators ' professionalism: •training of operators and technical specialists in the features of LG products, detection of product defects (or lack thereof) on the line; •development of complex issues (or complex customers) that are not resolved on the 1st and 2nd line. • Motivation of specialists: awarding of operators and technical specialists, based on the results of the month on the share of issued / incorrectly executed applications for SP and the number of consultations provided. • Detection of problems in the operation of equipment, constant monitoring of incoming calls from customers in order to provide feedback to the plant about new defects, to identify and eliminate them. • Work with customer claims in writing, through the form of VOC (Voice of customer), providing the customer with a response on behalf of the plant. • Work with service centers and control over the quality of work carried out in order to bring the work of the SC to the adopted LG quality regulations. • Control over the quality of performed repairs of equipment in SC LGC, under the program “service raiding” (day in the service center). Progress: • Reducing the number of incorrect repair requests from 100 to 10 per month. • Improvement of the quality of consultations of operators of the 1st line through continuous training, development and production of additional training materials/manuals/manuals. • Improving the knowledge and quality of second-line operators ' consultations, reducing the share of incorrect repair requests from received calls from 15% to 5%. • Deep technical knowledge of washing machines and refrigerators - from production to repair of equipment. • Periodic (2/1-week) training at the factory 120 km from the place of residence (with a road of 6 hours in both directions). • High evaluation of my training and operator control methodology by the management in Korea, followed by a recommendation to use this methodology to all LG plants in the world.
