Обязанности и достижения:
• Management of proper execution of the procurement process in the categories according to the needs of the company in Russia and Belarus, Ukraine. Categories: promotional and print materials, market research, sales promotion services (databases, external sales force, call-center services, BTL – activities);
• Ensure full compliance with the above-mentioned processes with global Sanofi policies, as well as local legal requirements;
• Managing implementation and adaptation of global strategies on local site, such as transfer of business to mandatory suppliers by categories, creation of rate cards and etc.;
• Working in close cooperation with business on optimization of purchased goods and services within the annual spending plan, finding new solutions for the business needs (e.g. turning to digital), reinforcing planning to negotiate projects by packages
• Strengthening partnerships with main suppliers and turning to more a strategic approach at regional and local levels;
• Working in close collaboration with LEAN to reduce ordered volumes, reduce stock and destruction costs;
• Identification of suitable suppliers in accordance with a predetermined volume of work and strategy development resources;
• Managing day to day projects: preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) or requests for quotas (RFQ), including the specification, the terms of the contract and the budget, direction RFP and RFQ to selected suppliers, analysis of proposals received, negotiating with selected suppliers to identify opportunities to reduce costs and to inform internal customers about these options;
• Identify and where appropriate lead and manage contract negotiations, ensuring price, quality and service targets and standards are achieved;
• Yearly evaluation of suppliers performance and internal customers satisfaction;
• Managing CSR evaluation of main suppliers
