    Samsung field service department was transferred to LLC "Engineer-service" with minor changes in December 2017. Job responsibilities are similar to previous experience with several additions: - Control of financial performance of the branch. - Reporting both to the head office of the Engineer-service company and to Samsung. - 27 people subordinate and staff expansion continues. During the work, transition of the department to a new structure was successfully organized, the processes were changed to achieve Samsung target KPIs and the Engineer-service financial KPI. From scratch organized reception of service center and new type of repairs - Carry-In repairs (repairs in the service center).
